Prior to starting my business, I worked in the fashion, retail and marketing industry. It was a great experience and with my love of business and marketing, I was able to thrive. But, it soon hit me that I had a deeper cause. I wanted to put my health and fitness knowledge at work to change people's lives. So, I started my health and fitness business!

1. What makes you happy when you wake up in the morning? If you can not think of anything, then start to incorporate more activities and/or hobbies in your life. This could include; yoga, rock climbing, making jewelry, sports, music, etc.
2. What are your favorite things to talk about with friends, family or co-workers? Once you think of some things, start to incorporate them more in your life. For example, if you like talking about sports, then maybe join an intramural sports team that plays on the weekends. It would get your mind off of your work-week and allow you to have fun and sweat at the same time.
3. Will you regret anything if you do not try it? This could mean going to a Broadway show or quitting your job and starting an organic juice company. Ultimately, just make sure you get whatever is it in your heart done before you start to regret it!
Overall, put your passion first and do not be afraid of what you may lose. Fear is the only thing that is holding you back. Enjoy your passion and incorporate it into your life every single day.
